1. Services
DevLaunch Solutions provides custom web development, web applications, backend systems, and related consulting services. All work is scoped and agreed upon before development begins.
2. Project engagement
- All projects begin with a discovery and scoping phase.
- A written estimate or proposal will outline deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
- Work begins only after agreement is confirmed by both parties.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be defined in each project agreement.
- This may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or full payment.
- Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
4. Revisions & scope changes
- Revisions are limited to what is defined in the agreed scope.
- Additional features or changes outside the scope may require a revised estimate.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary content, access, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure they have rights to any materials they provide
- Communicate clearly regarding requirements and approvals
Delays in client response may impact timelines.
6. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables.
- DevLaunch Solutions retains the right to reuse general knowledge, patterns, and non-proprietary code.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third-party services
Projects may include third-party tools (e.g., hosting, APIs, payment providers). DevLaunch Solutions is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
8. Warranties & liability
- Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- DevLaunch Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Clients are responsible for ongoing maintenance unless a support agreement is in place.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
